Just went up to the post office and picked up a package that was too big to fit in my mail box well just too wide lol.

Sorry if they look a little blue, I was testing to see if the daylight lamp i use for painting is any better for the photo taking. Maybe if i pull it into photoshop and color balance it it will be better it definitely got the figure brighter though.

Anyhoo here is my new world traveler which i will treasure for many years to come. Librarian did a amazing job on the paint and on the base. I particularly love the fact the base for the mini fits the display base so well. This had to take some time to come up with. He used a cup as a base and added a flat portion which he decorated as a brick street and added a crater in the middle where the figure stands on top of the rubble on the base. He even decorated one of the tiles with the blood raven chapter symbol. Amazing!!!

My only critique for you Librarian is you should drill your muzzles on your guns. That is the ONLY thing I have to say though. Paint is A++++ I love it!!!

Is that battery still charging?? Can't wait to see it.

Librarian... you got some mad skills! Super model! I will agree that the drill would have done wonders... and that your decision to change the head was right on! With the goggles on!!! I added more pics (with stupid comments), which btw I stole from Librarian's Online photo album! Muahahaha!

VERY CREATIVE! The mini is VERY NICELY DONE...well positioned & painted, but the thing I like best is the base(s). CONGRATULATIONS on a FINE addition to your collection, Dysturbed!

A little secret about the base: I was going to send it without it, since I'm not too good with this kind of thing. The thing is - "all the cool kids are doing it", so there I was, in a position to create something without the necessary materials to do it. I *WAS* eating something and then it struck me: "here's my emergency base!"
A piece of polystyrene, some paint and voilá! Emergency base on the fly!

About the critique: sorry Dysturbed, my drill broke a couple of days earlier and I didn't get a new one

I'm glad Dysturbed liked it! It was my very first attempt to freehand the BR symbol. Now I'll be repainting all the shoulder pads with it!
I even did some on my Tomb Kings!

The base is NOT the best part... the Scout is! But the base is so freaking original (specially now that is was part of your breakfast!) that it completes the illusion. GREAT job!

The scout looks great excellent basing, GS work, and painting. I envy people who can do free hand like that, I'm absolutely useless at it.

Kiwi: I hope is not as 'bad' as your sculpting... because that is what you said last time, and your GS is WAY superior to what I could dream I could ever do. Sculpting HATS in you 2nd try.... little sneaky man!

And spend a lot of GS for something so small? Nah. Only the one with the Blood Ravens one is GS (something I didn't use on the arm).
