| Hi,
Speaking as someone who has purchased the other way round - I've never had a problem. With online companies, it's easy (though be careful of excessive p+p costs) and you'll get your stuff pretty quickly (bigger the company the better usually). Stay clear of Arcane Miniatures in the uk - excellent range of models - but they regularly send the wrong things (very slowly too) and their customer service is rubbish!
I'd be more wary of ebay purchases (though buying for shops abroad is usually very safe) - number of sales and % rating gives you some indicator of reliability.
Most of the time the mechanics of buying from a foreign country over the internet is the same as in the US, stick want you want in your trolley and go to the checkout (with an added stage if its a downloadable purchase). Paypal makes most things very simple, if not most credit card purchases are pretty easy.
Finally, have you tried to find the models from a US website? Coolminiornot store has loads of unusual european miniature ranges (no forgeworld of GW though) or was it bitz you were after?
Which company is it? I may know more.

| What company you are looking at?
Also... SOUND advice from 02Laney! Pay via PayPal or Credit Card... make sure that they have a physical address that you can Google Map as well as a phone # you can call. I always start with a $20 order (or less) to test the waters. _________________ . The Mordheimer - Death Squads' Chief Editor & Ninja Designer. Bursting with ARACHAS' Dev-Powahâ„¢!
