You people and the Hrud (I can't STILL say the name out loud... stupid English!) are driving me insane.

I cut off the feet and added 2mm of leg to make him taller. I pinned them together and then built it up with green stuff. I cleaned up the arms and attached them.
Sorry no pics yet. Maybe Tomorrow. I'm still working on the legs and I have some plans for the respirator back pack. |

| So... my camera broke. The model is coming along fine. I armored up his legs and I've given him a back pack. I'm building his custom base at the moment.
Just don't expect to see any more pics for a while. Sorry. |

| So... I figured out how to change the settings on my phones camera. It works great. Behold, Ghus' new boots and maybe a new heavy friend. Black ork based gun servitor is in the works. Ghus is just about ready for paint. But I think he may need a helmet. |

| Very nice. The black orc body should make a nice servitor. Any ideas for the head yet? That always seems the tricky bit with using orcs as humans as they have that awkward neck to get around. |

| WOW! Few things.
1) TUTORIAL!!! If you 'found' a way to take such AMAZING pics with your phone, PLEASE make a tutorial on how to do it. Search the web for screenshots or whatever. You be a a pseudo-Emperor among us mere mortals! Seriously, the community will be greatly improved by your discovery! THANKS!
2) Ghus is looking awesome. I would suggest drilling the barrel of his gun. You have a pin vice, so it should not be difficult and adds TONS of realism. Again, his face mask is very well done!
3) The Servitor is looking great too! Same advice, drill the guns. For the head... I think you will have to sculpt something. GASP!!!!
Thanks for the wonderful updates? _________________ . The Mordheimer - Death Squads' Chief Editor & Ninja Designer. Bursting with ARACHAS' Dev-Powah™! | Well, the phone tutorial is short. 1. Buy a Casio Commando Phone.
2.Don't set it to Night Shot.
3.Take awesome macro pics.
Concerning the gun barrels, I always drill them out. I just haven't got that far yet. I'm still cleaning mold lines off spots I missed.
The servitor is going to get a sculpted head, as all bits searches have turned up nothing appropriate. It should be something big and industrial looking. I'd love to do some hulking diesel looking mass of iron and pipes and then put a tiny doll mask on it. But I my not possess the skills quite yet. Maybe I can find an elf head to slice the face off.
I do know I will cut down the neck knob and add a large gorget(sp?) for the head to sit inside. |

| Mr. Ghus is looking GREAT! The choice of not drilling the gun is a good one (IMHO)... you can 'make' the hole with paint. If you paint the gun balck and drybrush metal, then you could paint the hole black, do a thin stripe with grey and then metal on the edge. That will be your challenge! HA!
The choices of bits is perfect... and the boots are Ace! Thanks for sharing! _________________ . The Mordheimer - Death Squads' Chief Editor & Ninja Designer. Bursting with ARACHAS' Dev-Powah™! | Mr. Ghus is coming along nicely. He has a nice yellow coat and a proper crusting of grime. He maintains a personal level of filth only a foot soldier of the arch enemy stationed on a daemon world can manage. He wields a weapon of alien design, from a different time and space, cast out of the warp at the whim of a dark prince. Ghus recovered the strange gun from the detris of blue scabs which form the no man’s land of his current home. He and all around him view the weapon as a boon of chaos and many now give Ghus a respectful distance while others plot to take it for themselves. |

| Thanks, Mordheimer. Sorry I haven't been around more to participate in all the builds. But it is spring here in Virginia and being a landscaper(dirt merchant) this is the busiest time of the year. I'm really just happy I was able to finish Ghus (in the wee hours of night). I had bigger plans for the event. I wanted to make a whole retinue of goons, instead of just one character this year, but that isn't going to happen. When things slow down around here I go back and browse through everyones threads and see all the great stuff I missed. |

| Not to bother... you did AWESOME! I travel every day from Elizabeth City, North Carolina, to Chesapeake, Virginia, to work. I know how CRAZY the weather has been. You got a mild winter, so I imagine that you are up to your eyebrows in work... GREAT! Yes, when you get time and want to relax... grab a cold drink and enjoy the other logs. Some people are also doing amazing things. My favs are... I can't say!!! Everyone has brought something VERY unique and everyone have pushed themselves... some (like you) have done amazing things with minimal time (stupid real life...), others have ventured in models themes they don't favor, others have tried new techniques (sharing failures and recoveries), others have done dioramas, others ventured in sculpting, others in new painting techniques... the list goes on and on! Thank YOU for participating... prepare our Prisoner for Shipment in April 30th! _________________ . The Mordheimer - Death Squads' Chief Editor & Ninja Designer. Bursting with ARACHAS' Dev-Powah™!
