No stairs! Stairs are for weak people!

Although I *am* planning on some ladders to the second floor, and some knottet together ropes and such for easy acces through the rubble =)

And an overwiev of what I've got so far (I've got some buildings in the closet which needs to be converted to this cause):

And just could not wait - have to do something while the momentum is there. This is the Helipad piece. Inside the compound there will be a helipad (high up) and on the other side of the middle-house there will be a ... bigger house =)

There will be a wreckening later for the middle house - don't you worry.

If I could grab some minis, package myself up and mail myself to Denmark for a game on this table I'd do it. Hell I might even remember to poke air holes.

NOTE: If you receive a very large box without air holes that kinda stinks...best not to open it. Unless you really want whatever minis I was smuggling over.

Lovely terrain, very jealous of the quality. The group shots looks especially fun and I hope to see it fully detailed and painted soon, so please keep up the fabulous work.

I try to paint a "X" corm corner to corner on the underside to prevent
warping with future bases - read somewhere it should help.

How did this go?

I have been planning to do some similar work in 15mm scale, do you have any specific construction advice, handy hints, etc.? Design, Foamcore execution, painting, anything really would help, as it will be my first real terrain project.

I've not done it yet - I'll do it before painting - as I find that it's there it warps.

What do you have in mind for your terrain? Urban? Coutryside? something else?

Began on the helipad, but have to go to work now...

This is what I had the time for:

Update;

Walkways; This is my idea - I've made "placeholders" on fixed positions on buildings, to put walkways into. Ofcause you can put them elswhere, but they fit neatly there:

OH! And magnets (!), the walkway is magnetized as the placeholders will be, so they don't fall down all the time...
