| Really interesting - I'm looking to get an airbrush for the rest of my blood angels (and grey knights) so that I can have a couple of 40k armies that are fully painted, quickly - how easy was it to use and replicate the effect across that many miniatures? I'd say the next stage with these guys is a brown wash to shade and tie in the different airbrushed parts (could that be done with an airbrush too?). I'm really considering getting one next month, so any more experiments you have would be appreciated. Cheers Laney |

| Oh hell yes it is easy! Back when I painted them I had a paint box a made of plywood and used 2 saw horses that it sat on, I painted 6 at a time! I used a round boom of an old lazy susan I had around the house ( if you do not know what a lazy susan is???? ) well the part I used was a round disk that rotated so I could spin the minis!! |

| HAHA! I see an Angry Marine! Nice effect. What you plan to do with them? What Chapter will they be? | Laney wrote: | | I'd say the next stage with these guys is a brown wash to shade and tie in the different airbrushed parts (could that be done with an airbrush too?). |
That is what I used mine for... basing and washing. Mixture is ... 1:1 paint:water ratio... I used 4:1 wash:water ratio. Not too shabby. Messy... so you need a 'space' to paint (don't do it on the kitchen or... CLOSE TO YOUR CAR! )_________________ . The Mordheimer - Death Squads' Chief Editor & Ninja Designer.
