I was googling some tiles and randomly came across these interesting modular tiles. Thought they might be of interest for Deathsquads or some ideas for making your own modular tiles. The tiles look to be around 6" by 6". I am not sure how they connect though. Pretty pricey.

WOW! This is DA BOMB!!!

I love 'em... but they are too rich for me (specially now). If they lower the price to something more decent, I would buy some in a heart beat.

THANKS for the info!

If I hadn't started doing my own I would probably have bought some of these - great start point and perfect for Deathsquads. I also like the sand buildings they have (more in my current price range)

...and the gothic fortresses (definitely not in my price range!)

Good Find

Laney Very Happy

I have often thought about making a modular board myself, but I am not sure quite how to lay it out most effectively. Many boards have too many seams for my liking. These tiles are 9" tiles I discovered.

If I make a board I think I would do 18" or 24" sides to each tile as it minimizes seams but allows for a bit of portability. I could see smaller tiles being a bit too easy to move around during gameplay unless you had a great way to connect them together. Just some musings. I really like the idea of building a board with basic modularity and easy storage...
