Corporal Hallow (HWS - Flamer - he's not a Squat), my finished Lad's got Talent model.




Here is my finished Lad's got Talent model. A heavy weapon specialist with flamer (I've recruited a replacement - so I've now got 3 in my squad!)

I tried a bunch of things with this model - he's wading through water, the pilot light on the end of the flamer is casting a blue glow on the weapon. I've also used gloss varnish on key parts to give a shine.

WOW! Did you notice the LEGS?!?! The reflection on the water gives the illusion that the legs are actually there. WOWOWOWWOWOWOWOWOWOOW!!!!!

I took two goes to get the lighting effect on the pilot light right - so I'm glad to know it worked!

Mordheimer: I'm glad you noticed the reflection of the legs in the water - I'm trying to push the boat out a little bit with each model. I plan a couple more legless commandos to add to the squad.
