I hvae allready posted this on the Boring Mordheim forum but I want to make a Penal Legion squad, with a few friends as it's members. So far I got my self, my buddy Blood for Metal, and a guy called Whisper2040 from the Boring Mord forum if you wanna join say so. I plan on useing them for Death Squads aswell

I think that a Penal Legion Squad could be a candidate for a Regional Platoon. The issues that we had on design was that we could not find unique parameters to separate them. After all, the 5th Edition Codex had reduced lots of cool specializations to one page or less! For example, Catachans went from their own codex to a one page mediocre (for not saying ultra crappy) fluff page. Shame... GW dropped the ball on that one. Anyway, if you check page 41, you get one column of fluff and half of substance. Even from this miserable material we could create something, someday.

For now, I would suggest using Imperial Renegades. If you stay away from mutations, they could work. Once you get a group together and do some gaming, we could help YOU start designing a specific RP for them... lots of work. Just as Styrofoam King!

I just started reading the book about the Last Chancers and i really like the concept.
