Im confused as all hell here.

You don't have to roll for the mutations of the sergeant during your initial recruitment.

You can choose to put whatever you want on your mutants at the start of initial recruitment. It is only AFTER the campaign starts do you roll on the chart.

SO.....he did roll for mutations, when he didn't have to. Its like hiring an electrician to do a plumbers job. You just wouldn't do that......so thats why it was written to allow the person to choose what type of mutations he wants on a sergeant during initial recruitment.

@everybody: There seems to be a lot of questions on the renegades and mutants. Look in the very near future for a new post with examples for everyone to look at.
